HDF Molded Veneer Laminated Wood Door

Press doors are definitely a beautiful but also a more economical option. Sheet and case are made of white laminated wood without rosewood thus creating a sturdy construction.

The sheet is not a standardized product and is free in terms of dimensions and designs.

After the construction of the frame, the internal voids are filled with cardboard, chipboard or rockwool to achieve a higher degree of sound insulation. Upon completion of this process, we press onto the frame either bare MDF or coated with natural veneer.

Based on our modern work center, we open the slots for the lock and knob, the holes for the hinges and the patura for the application of the case. At the end, the different designs you want are engraved on the sheet.

The types of frames are divided into Straight and Oval to which a snap-on plywood sill is added in a straight or oval design.
